This 60 yard stunning petticoat is triple layered in design. It's unique construction makes it resilient and even flowing. The outer layer is all American crystal fabric.  The in between layer is nylon net with a bottom crystal ruffle. The inner layer is nylon organza with a bottom ruffle of crystal.  Thus, the petticoat's appearance is one of all crystal.  There is leaderline inserted in the self-colored binding of each bottom reuffle to ensure fullness.
