On Oct. 1, 2009 TDS Designs purchased the Royal Petticoats line of petticoats.
TDS Designs will be implementing some distinct changes in the manufacturing process which will improve the quality and durability of the petticoats, making them the absolute highest quality, least expensive, petticoats available today. TDS Designs will also be adding a new, less expensive, organdy petticoat to the line in the near future.
