The elastic waisted Tulip skirt features 6 gores with a full ruffle at the bottom and scalloped ruffle on top with 40 yds. of ribbon and lace. Finishes with decorative bows at the seams. It can be varied with a straight or a "V" ruffle. The skirt can be made with 3 single rows of trim or with double rows to include a metallic gold or silver.
They is only one of each skirt available as they are all one-of-a-kind skirts. We will adjust the waist size and length to your preference free of charge.
